Who is getting married?

Wedding Locations and Timings: On one side, where will you be getting ready? Where is the ceremony? Where is the reception? (Please, exact addresses or Google Maps links!) On the other side, what time have you arranged with the hair/makeup team? What time is the ceremony? What time do you estimate the dancing will start?

Important People: On one side, tell me who will be with you during the preparations. Also list the immediate family members invited to the wedding (names of grandparents, parents, siblings) or anyone who is very, very important to you. Also, let me know if there are any special situations I should be aware of (arguments, divorces, illnesses, recent and/or close deaths...).

Gifts and deliveries: Tell me about the gifts and deliveries that will take place during the wedding. Both during the preparations and at any other moment of the day. Explain what will be given, when, and to whom!

Ceremony: How many guests will you have? Is the ceremony religious or civil? How long do you estimate it will last? Could you briefly explain what it will consist of: will someone speak, will you do any rituals...

Group photos: Do you want to take group photos with the guests? If so, where and when have you planned to do them?

What other vendors are involved in the wedding? Please indicate, for example, where the dress, the suit, and the flowers are from… who the wedding planner, catering, or DJ are…
